Our First Home, on the Street That Started Everything
315 E 7th Ave is where Yellow Door Development began — fittingly, on the same street where Nick's grandparents once lived. We'd grown tired of watching builder-grade box homes go up everywhere along the shore, and wanted our first project to prove there was another way. So we set ourselves a challenge: build a full six-bedroom home with every modern amenity a family could want, and make it look like a classic cottage rather than a spec-built box. It's the project that set the standard for everything Yellow Door has built since — proof that scale and character don't have to be at odds.
