As experienced realtors with a deep love for all things real estate, Kari and Nick naturally evolved from helping clients find the perfect home to creating them from the ground up. Kari and Nick understand what families and homeowners are truly looking for in a beach house—spaces that are comfortable, functional, and built for making memories. That firsthand knowledge inspired them to begin developing thoughtfully designed single-family homes of their own. Each project starts with a clear vision, brought to life through close collaboration with Vallese Builders and various local architects and interior designers.
