This property has a unique story. It was home to a small commercial property that Pat’s Lunch operated out of for years. We purchased this property with the intention of keeping it commercial with hopes that a small business would set up shop. Unfortunately zoning and parking restraints forced a change of plans. This parcel sits on the gateway to Stone Harbor so we knew we had to build spectacular home while keeping it classic and inline with Stone Harbor’s history. With the help of Wolstenholme Architect’s we commissioned a gorgeous nantucket inspired design clad in cedar shingles. The views of the surrounding wetlands inspire a calming presence throughout all four seasons.
